Is this legal?

Yes. All THC + products we sell are derived from hemp and contain less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC, making them federally legal under the 2018 Farm Bill. THCA, Delta-8, THC-P, HHC, and other alternative cannabinoids are legal to purchase and possess in Florida and most US states.

We only carry products from brands that provide third-party lab testing (COAs) verifying compliance with federal and state regulations.

Will this show up on a drug test?

Yes, it likely will. THC + cannabinoids like THCA, Delta-8, THC-P, and HHC can trigger positive results on standard drug tests, which typically screen for THC metabolites. These tests cannot distinguish between different forms of THC.

If you are subject to drug testing for employment, legal, or other reasons, we recommend avoiding THC + products entirely. CBD isolate products are a safer alternative, though even some full-spectrum CBD products may contain trace amounts of THC.

Do I need to be 21 to purchase?

Yes. You must be 21 years or older to purchase any THC + or cannabis-derived products from Cloud Culture, whether in-store or online. Age verification is required at checkout.

What's the difference between THCA, Delta-8, THC-P, and HHC?

THCA - The acidic precursor to THC found in raw cannabis. When heated (smoked, vaped, or decarbed), it converts to active THC. Effects are nearly identical to traditional cannabis.

Delta-8 THC - A milder form of THC that produces relaxation and mild euphoria with less anxiety than Delta-9. Often called "THC lite" - great for beginners or those sensitive to traditional THC.

THC-P - A potent cannabinoid that binds more strongly to receptors than regular THC. Recommended for experienced users only. Start with very small doses.

HHC - Hydrogenated THC with effects between Delta-8 and Delta-9. Known for smooth, balanced experiences and excellent shelf stability.

How do I choose the right product for me?

Consider what you want to feel:

  • Sleep - Look for products with CBN, melatonin, or indica-dominant formulations
  • Relax - Delta-8 gummies or indica vapes offer gentle unwinding
  • Focus - Sativa-dominant THCA vapes or energizing blends
  • Energy - Lighter compounds like Delta-8 with sativa terpenes
  • Euphoria - THC-P or high-potency THCA products

New to cannabinoids? Start with Delta-8 - it's the gentlest introduction. Visit us in-store and our staff can help guide your selection based on your experience level and goals.

How long do effects last?

Vapes & Flower - Effects begin within minutes and typically last 1-3 hours.

Gummies & Edibles - Onset takes 30-90 minutes (sometimes longer). Effects can last 4-8 hours. Do not re-dose within the first 2 hours.

Drinks & Shots - Nano-emulsified beverages can kick in as quickly as 15-30 minutes. Effects last 2-4 hours.

Individual results vary based on metabolism, tolerance, and whether you've eaten recently.

What's a good starting dose?

For edibles: Start with 5-10mg if you're new to cannabinoids. Experienced users may prefer 25-50mg. Our high-potency gummies (100mg+) are for very experienced users only.

For vapes: Take 1-2 small puffs and wait 15 minutes to assess effects before taking more.

The golden rule: Start low, go slow. You can always take more, but you can't take less.

Are your products lab tested?

Yes. Every product we carry comes with third-party lab testing (Certificate of Analysis / COA) that verifies:

  • Cannabinoid potency and profile
  • Delta-9 THC compliance (under 0.3%)
  • Absence of pesticides, heavy metals, and residual solvents
  • Microbial testing

Do you ship to all states?

We ship to most US states where THC + products are legal. However, some states have restrictions on certain cannabinoids. During checkout, our system will verify if we can ship to your location.

States with current restrictions may include: Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, New York, Rhode Island, Utah, and Vermont. Regulations change frequently - check your local laws.

How long does shipping take?

Orders typically ship within 1-2 business days. Delivery times depend on your location:

  • Florida - 2-3 business days
  • East Coast - 3-5 business days
  • West Coast - 5-7 business days

Free shipping on orders over $75. Tracking information is sent via email once your order ships.

What's your return policy?

Due to the nature of consumable products, we cannot accept returns on opened items. However:

  • Defective vapes or damaged products can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase
  • Unopened items in original packaging can be returned within 14 days
  • Contact us at help@myculture.cloud with photos of any issues

For in-store purchases, bring your receipt and the product to our St. Petersburg location.

Is my order discreet?

Yes. All orders ship in plain, unbranded packaging with no indication of contents. The return address shows our company name but not the nature of products. Credit card statements show "Cloud Culture" or our payment processor.
