    Orders over $75 ship free within the continental US. Standard shipping typically takes 3-7 business days.

    Orders under $75 have a flat $5.99 shipping fee. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days.

  • Discreet Packaging

    All orders ship in plain, unmarked packaging. No logos or product descriptions visible on the outside.

Shipping Details

Processing Time: Orders placed before 2pm EST Monday-Friday typically ship the same day.

Tracking: You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.

Shipping Restrictions: We currently ship to all 50 US states. Some products may have state-specific restrictions.

P.O. Boxes: We can ship to P.O. boxes via USPS.

Returns & Exchanges

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Due to the nature of our products, we have specific policies in place:

Unopened Products: May be returned within 14 days of delivery for a full refund. Products must be in original, sealed packaging.

Damaged or Defective Items: Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos. We'll send a replacement or issue a full refund.

Wrong Item Received: Contact us immediately. We'll cover return shipping and send the correct item.

Opened Products: Cannot be returned due to health and safety regulations. We encourage starting with smaller quantities if you're trying something new.

How to Return an Item

  • 2. Get Approval

    We'll review your request and send return instructions within 24 hours.

  • 3. Ship It Back

    Pack the item securely and ship it to the address provided. Keep your tracking number.

  • 4. Get Refunded

    Once received and inspected, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days.
